3.1 AI Processing

Important: AI-assisted decisions that significantly affect students (such as final grades or disciplinary recommendations) are never made solely by automated systems. Teachers always have the ability to review and override AI suggestions.
4. Children's Privacy
Special Protections for Students
We take the privacy of children seriously. Teacher Screen is designed for use in educational settings where schools act as intermediaries for student data collection.
- Parental Consent: For students under 15, we require school verification that appropriate parental/guardian consent has been obtained before collecting personal information.
